Carving Station $25 per person

Chef carved-to-order herb and dijon crusted AAA top sirloin of beef, prime rib, beef tenderloin, pork loin, maple-glazed ham, or turkey with port wine reduction au jus. Served with assorted dinner rolls. Toppings to include: mayonnaise, caramelized onions, horseradish cream, roasted red pepper aioli.


Perogies Station $14 per person

Potato filled perogies boiled to order, comes with side as; bacon, green onions, sour cream, braised chicken, beef meatballs, hot sauce, parmesan cheese, blue cheese, avocado. We also over gluten free, and vegan options .

Thai  Station $13 per person

Thai noodle stir-fry with vegetables, vegetarian fried rice, baby scallops, shrimp, chicken, tofu, and steamed rice. Served in Chinese boxes.


Fajita Station $13 per person

Fajitas, , and nachos, accompanied by: Cajun lime chicken strips, bell peppers, onions, refried beans, shredded lettuce, cheese,salsa, green onions, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.


Taco Station $13 per person

Soft shell tacos filled with your choice of: grilled chicken, striploin AAA beef or crispy Basa fish.Toppings to include: shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, and chipotle sour cream.


Poutine Station $13 per person

French fries, beef gravy, Montréal smoked meat, pulled pork, cheese, fresh curds, ketchup, chili sauce, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.


Pasta Station $14 per person

Made-to-order pasta with our homemade marinara and Alfredo sauces .Topping to include: assorted roasted vegetables, Italian sausages, grilled chicken breast, shrimp, fresh parmesan, and chili flakes.


Antipasto/Harvest Station $13 per person

A selection of cured meats and sausages, marinated artichokes and mushroom salad, spliced olives, roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini and eggplant. assorted cheeses and tomatoes. These are accompanied with a selection of: hummus with tahina, spinach dip, and crisp pita triangles.


Chocolate Fountain station $10 per person

Rich melted chocolate with assorted marshmallows, pretzels, wafers, graham crackers , fruits.


Mac & Cheese Station $12 per person

Served in a Thai boxes with the following toppings: smoked bacon, green onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and ketchup.


Cheesecake on a stick station $13 per person

Frozen sliced cheesecake on a skewer, comes in few flavors: white & dark chocolate with icing, walnuts with caramel, coconut and pistachios.

Cheesecake Bar: $12 per person
